What happens here
Mornings start together at the office. Everyone goes over what they are representing that day, what the offer is and who it is for, and there is usually practice: someone runs a conversation and someone else offers a sharper way to say it.
Then the teams head out into the field together, across Boise and the Treasure Valley.
The end of the day is numbers. Everyone knows what they produced, and that is what makes the next morning's coaching specific.
The full walk through is in what a day in the field actually looks like.
In the community
The team out at Boise Pride, and the office spirit week in September: western day, twin day, pink day and a raffle. The full story is in spirit week at the Boise office, and more photos are on working here.
