You are out of the office, with a team, having real conversations with people who were not expecting you. It is in person and it is active, every day. If you have ever known you would go stir crazy behind a desk, this is the other option.

What you produce is visible and it counts, and how far you go is set by what you can do rather than by how long you have been here. Your results are yours.
Training comes before the brand
Everyone learns a client properly before representing them. New people start beside someone experienced, get corrected in real time, and are coached daily rather than at a review once a quarter.
It builds something you keep
You will hear no, and learning to let it roll off you is the real skill this job teaches. Steadiness across the good days and the slow ones is what gets noticed here.
