What we do

We are the field team your brand does not have.

Iron Bloom Collective represents brands in person across Boise and the Treasure Valley. Trained teams, agreed territories, real conversations with the people you want as customers, and a straight report on what came of it.

The service

Face to face brand representation, defined.

A brand hires us to be its presence in the field. We learn the offer properly, train a team on it, work an agreed territory, and have the conversations that turn interest into customers. Your name goes on all of it, so we handle it the way you would.

It is the oldest channel in business run with modern accountability. Every conversation belongs to a territory, every result is counted, and nothing goes in a report that we cannot show you the working for.

If you have ever wanted an outsourced field sales team without hiring, training and managing one yourself, that is the thing we are. We wrote a longer explanation of what face to face brand representation actually is if you want the unvarnished version first.

Before the field
What a brand is buying

Four things, delivered by one team.

An engagement is not a headcount you rent. It is a trained team, a covered territory, customers acquired, and a report you can act on.

01

Trained in person teams

Nobody carries your name until they can explain it without notes. Product, audience, objections, tone. The person your customer meets is prepared, which is the whole difference between representation and noise. Here is how that training works.

02

Territory coverage

We work agreed areas on an agreed schedule, so coverage is deliberate instead of accidental. You know where your brand was represented, and you know where the team is going next.

03

Direct customer acquisition

The point is customers, not impressions. Conversations are run through to a decision, and we are comfortable being measured on how many of them end in one.

04

Reporting back to the brand

What the campaign produced, what it took to produce it, and what we would change next. Numbers first, adjectives never, and no surprises saved up for the end.

How an engagement works

From the first call to the first report.

01

We scope the offer

The first conversation is about what you sell, who buys it, what it costs you to win a customer today, and what a good month would look like. If face to face is the wrong channel for your offer, you will hear it here rather than three weeks in.

02

You approve what gets said

Before anyone represents you, we put the approach and the actual language in front of you. Nothing gets said at a door or across a table that you have not signed off on, because your reputation is the thing being spent.

03

We train, then launch

The team learns the brand, practises it, gets corrected, and only then goes out. Territory and schedule are agreed up front, so at any point you know exactly where your name is being carried and by whom.

04

We report, then adjust

You get what the campaign produced and what we changed to improve it. What works in one territory gets taught to the whole team, and the plan for the next stretch comes with the report rather than after it.

Fit

This does not suit every offer.

Face to face works best when a person can understand the offer in one conversation and act on it. Clear value, a decision that does not need six committee meetings, and enough margin that a real human conversation is worth having. Home services, consumer products, local service brands and anything where trust is the actual obstacle tend to sit well in that description.

It works less well for offers that need a long technical evaluation, or where the entire buyer list in the state would fit in one room. We would rather say that on the first call than take a campaign we do not believe in and hand you a thin report at the end of it.

We also do not publish a client list. Our clients decide what gets said publicly about their own work, and that is their call to make, not ours. Ask us directly and we will talk specifics. The rest of the common questions are answered plainly, and the case for the channel itself is written out in full over in our news.

Where we work

Boise, and the valley around it.

Our office is at 8783 W Hackamore Dr, Ste 8, Boise, ID 83709, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and we work across the Boise area and the wider Treasure Valley. Brands are welcome to come see how a campaign is run before they buy one, and the number is (986) 867-2969.

The team representing you is hired here, trained here and promoted here, which is why how we build people matters as much to a client as it does to an applicant. That is also the reason the company is built this way.

Want to see what this would look like for your brand?

Tell us what you sell and who buys it. We will tell you straight whether face to face is the right channel for it, and what a campaign would involve.
