Straight answer

Is Iron Bloom Collective legit? Yes, and you can check.

It is a fair thing to ask about any company before you hand it your brand or the next few years of your working life. So instead of asking anyone to take our word for it, here is who we are, where we are, what the work actually involves, how people are paid, and what happens if you apply. Then go and check it.

Why this page exists

We would rather answer it than let you guess.

People research a company before they join it or hire it, and face to face sales gets researched harder than most industries. Some firms in it are vague about who runs them, vague about what the day is, and vaguest of all about the money. If you are starting from suspicion, that is a reasonable place to start from.

So we are not going to argue with the question or dress up the answer. Everything below is checkable against an address you can walk into, a number that rings to a person, and a description of the job we are willing to repeat to your face.

The longer version of who we are, and how a campaign is actually run, is on the about page.

The company

Who we are, on paper.

Iron Bloom Collective Inc. is the registered name. We are a sales and brand representation firm. Brands hire us to represent them in person, our teams have real conversations with their potential customers, and we are measured on customers acquired rather than impressions served.

We work out of the Boise office listed here, and the phone number on this site goes to us.

None of that is difficult to verify, which is the point of publishing it. Call the number, or come to the office between Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm and ask for whoever is running the floor that day. A company that would rather you did not do either of those things is telling you something.

The work

What the job actually is, without the polish.

01

It happens in person

You are out of the office, with a team, talking to people who were not expecting you. It is not remote, it is not passive, and it is not a desk job. If that is what you are looking for, we would rather you knew now than in week two.

02

It is performance based

What you produce is visible and it matters. That suits people who want to be measured on their own work and frustrates people who do not. Both reactions are normal, and it is worth knowing which one is yours before you apply.

03

Training comes before the brand

Nobody represents a client here until they can explain that client properly. New people start beside someone experienced, get corrected in real time, and are coached daily rather than at a review once a quarter.

04

Some days are hard

Plenty of conversations go nowhere. You hear no, often, and you cannot take it personally. The people who do well here are steady across the good days and the slow ones. We say that on this page and we say it at the interview.

If you want it hour by hour, we wrote up what a day in the field actually looks like, and the careers page carries the same honest version of the role at more length.

Money

How people are paid, and what we never do.

This is the part people are really asking about when they ask whether a company is legitimate, so here it is first and plainly.

01

Pay is tied to performance

Income here follows what you produce. We are not going to print a number on a web page, because it depends on the role and on the person, and any company quoting you a big figure before it has met you is selling you something.

02

You get the structure in writing

Before anyone accepts a role, the pay structure goes in front of them in plain language and every question about it gets answered. Ask twice if the first answer was not clear. Nobody should start a job unsure how they get paid.

03

You never pay us

No fee to work here. No training to buy, no product to buy, no deposit, no kit. Money moves from the company to the person and never the other way around. If you are ever asked otherwise by anyone, call the office number on this page.

Anything else about the money gets a straight answer on the phone or at the interview, whichever you prefer. More of the common ones are answered on the questions page.

If you apply

What an interview here looks like.

01

A reply within one business day

Applications come to our own team rather than into a queue somewhere. You get an answer quickly, including when the answer is no.

02

We meet in person

At the Boise office, at 8783 W Hackamore Dr, Ste 8. You meet people who actually do the work, you see the place, and you get a description of the role rather than a pitch.

03

Questions go both ways

Bring yours. Hours, pay, what a normal week looks like, what happens if it is not working out. We would rather answer all of it in the first meeting than have you find out in month two.

04

You get time to decide

Nothing has to be accepted on the spot. The wrong fit costs you more than it costs us, so take the night, ask someone you trust, and come back with more questions if you have them.

No resume is needed to start the conversation, and no sales experience is required. What we look for, and the four stages after you join, are set out on the careers page.

Something still bothering you?

Ask it directly, or call (986) 867-2969 and put it to a person. We would rather have the awkward conversation than have you wondering.
